LOCAL HAYLING ISLAND SAILING CLUB RULES
- As from May 2005 boats sailing at HISC may be dry sailed - they must still be properly antifouled. At present there are moorings available at HISC and marina berths plus dry sailing possibilities available from Sparkes Marina (near to HISC).
